Dubai Creek

Dubai Creek, perhaps once the final part of a small river already known to the Greeks, is today little more than a channel, but it marked the history of Dubai, one of the cities in the world with the highest rate of growth in recent years, both from the economic point of view, both the marina.

From the sea, to the hinterland, where today is the nature reserve of Ras Al Khor, where migratory birds have their oasis of peace, Dubai Creek is not very long, but it was here that some of the first inhabitants of Dubai, for their traditional fishing boats, and from these shores dive into water the pearl fishers. Vidago Palace: A luxury hotel in Portugal

Icelandic Phallological Museum

Do you like museums? So, if you go in Iceland do not forget to visit the famous Icelandic Phallological Museum of Husavik. Yes, you read that right, it’s Icelandic Phallological museum, a large collection (perhaps unique in the world), which collects faults belonging to different species of mammals.

But make no mistake: this is not a whim of some fetish, but a scientific necessity, as it is a Philology science almost unknown but studied. The collection contains almost 300 faults of many terrestrial and marine mammals in Iceland: whales, bears, seals, moose and many other mammals that live in the cold country.
