Montefiore, a windmill in Jerusalem

Do you know a windmill in Jerusalem? Yes, and is also considered a historic site. One of the first structures to be erected outside the confines of the old Jerusalem in 1857, the mill would have to be a symbol of progress and industry. It would, because the mill ceased almost immediately to operate until it was brought back to life a century later.

Built by an Italian jew philanthropist (Livorno), then naturalized as English, Moses Montefiore, the windmill was supposed to be the beacon of the future of the new Jerusalem. The most beautiful skyscrapers in the world, Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort

After Cayan Tower in Dubai, the skyscraper that each floor twists on itself, for the series of the most beautiful skyscrapers in the world opened in 2013, here is the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort.

Tips for traveling to Sardinia

By now there are few places to discover, or rather, places where tourism is not part of the landscape. Sardinia is one of these places and perhaps is what makes it a virgin, almost undiscovered yet. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful island and the beaches of the Costa Smeralda are heavenly, especially the coves of the Maddalena Island.

The best time to travel in this Mediterranean island is during spring and autumn, as temperatures are mild and you don’t have to support the strong heat of summer or the damp cold of winter. That’s why we advise to travel to Sardinia in these times; it is also the best way to not find crowds in the tourist attractions of Sardinia or crowds on the beaches.

Uchisar: On the roof of Cappadocia in Turkey
