Chandigarh, the ideal city of Le Corbusier in India

French President Francois Hollande began his visit to India from the North, from the city of Chandigarh, designed over 60 years ago by the Franco-Swiss architect Le Corbusier. An oasis of peace and discipline in a country where usually dominate chaos and confusion.

The project he was given in ’47 by Indian Prime Minister Nehru after independence; Le Corbusier was to build a symbol of hope, the idea of modern India, the ideal city. His urban plan included many green areas between the buildings; it was he who built most of the public buildings, such as the Palace of Assembly. Japan: Ine, the Venice of the Rising Sun

Japan is a wonderful country. The best thing is to discover, very close to the big cities, small towns whose beauty has remained untouched. And the case of Ine, called “The Venice of Japan”, a few kilometers from Kyoto. A fascinating and unexplored destination, a place that the true lovers of the rising sun cannot miss on their map.

Ine is a quiet fishing town located in Kyoto Prefecture in the Kansai region; it consists of a group of 230 Funaya, houses on stilts. It is precisely these features wooden houses, built on the shores of the sea, to make this a truly magical place. The Green Rooms, in London opened a hotel for artists

A hotel exclusively open to musicians, artists and creative people: will be called The Green Rooms, and open on 1st April 2016. No, it’s not an April Fool’s joke, but a new, exclusive hotel for rock stars only.

The hotel will open in London, in the north of the city, specifically in Wood Green district: where there was once the headquarters of the North Metropolitan Power and Electricity Company will be built a hotel with all the amenities for the musicians. Foz do Iguacu in Brazil, near the Iguazu waterfalls

The city of Foz do Iguaçu is located in the far West of the Parana State, in southern Brazil. The destination is known worldwide thanks to its impressive waterfalls, the Cataratas do Iguacu.

The natural spectacle is truly majestic, with about 275 floodgates where the waters, made white by the rushing stream, fall with a crash from an average height of 72 meters. A real show, particularly exciting if admired aboard one of the boats from rafting whose tour behind the cascades, or from above, on board of a helicopter.
