Gate Tower, perhaps the tower of the gate if we were in the Middle Ages, just as the Palace with a hole to pass the highway, since modern and realistic.

Of course, this 16-storey building is intended for offices; hard to think that you can live with the cars whizzing into the hole between the 5th and 7th floor.
